Q: What are our main products?
A: Our main products are fragrances (cooling agents such as WS-23 and methyl salicylate), food additives (such as DL-malic acid, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, sucralose, sodium gluconate), and nutritional supplements (such as taurine).
Q: What are the product qualifications? Are they suitable for export?
A: Most of our products meet international certification standards (such as ISO9001, Kosher, and HALAL). Some are cosmetic-grade or pharmaceutical-grade raw materials suitable for overseas export markets and have been exported to over 60 countries and regions.
Q: Do you support customized packaging or specifications?
A: We can provide customized packaging, labeling, specifications, batch numbers, and other services based on customer needs.
Q: What are the typical production cycles and delivery times?
A: Standard products: We have ample inventory and can ship within a short timeframe (typically 7–14 business days). Custom products/large-size orders: Production takes approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on product type, packaging requirements, and quantity.
Q: What are your payment methods and terms?
A: Common methods include T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, and other major international payment methods. Payment in RMB, USD, and EUR is accepted. Credit Line: First-time customers require prepayment or credit; long-term customers can apply for preferential terms such as credit extension and deferred payment.
Q: How are logistics and shipping arrangements?
A: We have our own warehouse in Hefei and maintain ample inventory of standard products. We offer a variety of international trade delivery methods, including FOB (Freight on Board, China), CIF (Customs, International Freight), and DAP (Delivered at Place). We can arrange international shipping by sea, air, road, and China-Europe freight trains.
Q: How is product quality guaranteed?
A: We are ISO9001 certified and have a comprehensive quality control process. Each batch of products undergoes factory inspection, purity testing, microbiological testing, etc., and comes with a certificate of conformity, COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS (Safety Data Sheet) documents.
